GreenStar Simplicity

Simplicity is GreenStar's basic green cleaning service. GreenStar provides 1 to 2 cleaning specialists, transportation, cleaning supplies and full insurance coverage.

The Simplicity option includes the following services:
  • Clean & sanitize kitchen countertops, sinks, fixtures and floors
  • Clean the exterior of all kitchen appliances and the interior of the microwave (if applicable)
  • Spot clean kitchen cabinet exteriors
  • Spot clean kitchen walls
  • Wipe off kitchen table and chairs
  • Clean & sanitize all bathrooms including countertops, sinks, tubs and/or showers, toilets (including bowl) and floors
  • Clean bathroom mirrors and shine chrome
  • Spot clean bathroom cabinet exteriors
  • Spot clean bathroom walls
  • Dust bathroom light fixtures (within reach)
  • Vacuum all vinyl, tile, laminate and/or hardwood flooring
  • Vacuum carpeting with HEPA-filtered machine
  • Vacuum area rugs
  • Dust furniture (horizontal surfaces)
  • Feather dust pictures, shelves and decorative knick-knacks (within reach)
  • Remove cob webs on walls and corners
  • Empty all interior trash cans and replace bags (client supplied)
  • Clean & shine all glass-surfaced furniture and picture-mirrors
  • Clean sliding glass doors (one set included with Simplicity cleaning)
  • Whisk-brush upholstered furniture
  • Spot clean light switch plates
  • Feather dust ceiling fans and window blinds (within reach)
