An ideal candidate would be:
* One who has previous cleaning experience - especially in a 2-person team environment where one does "wet" work and one does "dry" work (experience not required, but helpful).
* One who has an excellent attendance record with prior employers (references will be checked - if you have a poor attendance record with your last employer please move on - do not waste our time, or your's).
* One who is looking for 10 to 25 hours per week. Candidate must be available at least 3 days per week with the option to pick up more jobs on other days if desired.
* One who is available from 8:15 AM until 5:00 PM on their scheduled work day (our teams normally finish well before 5:00 PM, however, you must be available during these times on your scheduled work days).
* One who has a dependable, fully insured vehicle, a valid North Carolina Drivers License and a clean driving record (records will be checked - again, if you do not meet this requirement please move on).
* One who enjoys physical activity and can move/lift at least 50 lbs (this is a physically-demanding job - if you are out of shape and/or have low-stamina please give this serious consideration before applying for this position).
* One who gets satisfaction from helping others and giving 100% on every job.
* One who fluently speaks and understands English.

We Are Serious, You Be Too! We will:
* Perform a pre-employment 20-year, nationwide background check. You must be insurable and bondable (if you have a criminal record please move on, we will discover it and you will be disqualified for employment).
* Administer a pre-employment drug screen.
* Require a minimum of 3 previous work-related references which we will call. You must have a good attendance record.
* Verify your legal status to work in the USA.
